We're Moving!

We are excited to announce our office will be moving to a new location at 215 N Adams Ave, Mason City, located behind the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse. We will be closed to the public the week of December 30th, 2024- January 3rd, 2025 while we are relocating. You can still reach us by our website, www.masoncityassessor.net or 641-421-3061 and we will respond back as we are able during this transition. We will reopen to the public at 8 AM Monday, January 6th, 2025.
